The Foundation of Our Bank is Extraordinary Personal Service Private Bank Minnesota is a $150 million bank based in Minneapolis. Founded in 1996, our mission is to creatively serve entrepreneurs, professionals, businesses and their owners. We focus on the basics of banking, providing a simplified, highly personal private banking experience with high-yield savings and checking accounts and customized lending services. Most of our clients come to us through personal referrals from current clients. We provide a level of service most clients have never known before Our clients enjoy a truly private banking relationship with a banker who has the experience, expertise and enthusiasm to fully understand their banking needs, and their personal and financial preferences. In fact, many of Private Bank Minnesota's clients rarely visit the bank. Instead, we go to them, offering alternative means of banking so they don't have to come to the bank to conduct their business. Our clients also receive many free services for which other banks charge a fee. You decide when, where and how you like to bank As a Private Bank Minnesota client, you decide when, where and how you like to bank - by ATM, mail, online, phone, or in person - from your home or your office. Your banker will ensure that you experience a seamless process on all of your banking transactions and assist in troubleshooting whenever you have questions or special needs. Your banker also has the authority to offer customized credit and pricing based upon your relationship, which may include home equity lines of credit, working capital lines of credit, and unsecured, investment portfolio secured or real estate secured loans. We respect and protect the privacy of your financial information All Private Bank Minnesota accounts are protected by advanced, secure technology. We do not share lists and we shred trash containing confidential client information. Client information is secured at all times and locked up during non-business hours. Community Investment Private Bank Minnesota is committed to serving the community in which we do business, not only through providing financial services, but also through a corporate contribution program. In 2007, we designated 1.17% of pre-tax earnings for nonprofit charities within our home community. Grants were distributed among 46 different community agencies focused on economic, health and social programs; job training or business education; affordable housing initiatives; and programs to positively affect youth (economic, health, education). Each year, Private Bank Minnesota designates a portion of our pre-tax earnings for charitable contributions through our Associate Matching Gifts Program. Applications for this program must be received through a sponsoring employee. All requests must meet the giving guidelines by our Charitable Contributions Committee.
