| Barb Szeborowski Barb has worked in the banking industry since 1990 and in the human resources area for over 10 years. In her role as human resources manager, Barb is responsible for recruitment and retention, payroll, benefits and salary administration, and employee relations. Barb holds a B.A. in Business Management from Bethel University, and a Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies from the College of St. Catherine. She is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association (TCHRA). Barb maintains that being active in her community and sharing her time and talents keeps her connected to people in a personal way. “The best part of my job is connecting with people and making a difference.
