| Konya Ives Konya is a flexible and knowledgeable private banker. She was a member of Private Bank Minnesota's founding staff and has always provided extraordinary personal service – in all of her roles at the bank. Konya has been a private banking associate here for nine years, and also served in our Operations Department, where she was responsible for financial reporting and management of the bank's operating system. In addition to her broad banking and management experience, Konya also has an excellent formal business education. She earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a major in business finance. She also holds a master's degree from the University of Iowa. "The fact that each client is unique, with diverse goals and financial strategies, is what keeps private banking so interesting. I enjoy building strong, working relationships and helping clients whose business or personal banking needs are more demanding than most.
